Booking Terms

General policies

  • Our vessels operate on minimum passenger loads. If a tour is unable to operate due to the minimums not being met you will be provided advanced notice and may choose to re-book at a later date or receive a full refund for no charge. 
  • We reserve the right to alter, cancel or change itinerary based on availability, weather, equipment failure, animal location or other factors beyond our control.
  • High Speed Zodiac Tours are not recommended for very young passengers, pregnant women, those with heart, neck, back or other health issues.
  • Passengers travel at their own risk. We are not responsible for injury, death, damage or loss which may occur as a result of your voluntary participation in our tours.
  • Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Passengers not on board at at scheduled departure time will not receive a refund and if you choose to re-book for another tour no discounts will be provided.
  • Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the ride and we reserve the right to reproduce such films/photos for any purpose whatsoever.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs or not complying with the directions of our crew. Open alcohol and non-perscription drugs are prohibited onboard. No refund will be provided.
  • All passengers are required to complete a waiver prior to departure, to expedite the check in process please complete our waiver online prior to your tour.

Customer requested rescheduling and cancellations:

  • Any cancellation or postponement by the customer requires written notice to us, and written confirmation from us before the booking is to be considered cancelled or postponed.
  • All cancellation requests made by the customer are subject to a cancellation fee. Service fees are not refundable.  
  • Please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policies for the tour you are booking.

 Our right to cancel:

  • We reserve the right to cancel / alter the tour before and during the tour if:
    • Our crew considers the weather and / or safety conditions unacceptable
    • Minimal number of passengers not met
    • Mechanical breakdown
  • If the tour is cancelled, we will reschedule the tour at a mutually agreed date. This will be subject to availability and current bookings at the time.
  • If we are forced to cancel a tour you can:
    • Transfer / reschedule this booking to another date / time for no additional charge
    • Request a full refund

SCUBA Diving Itineraries:

  • Our scuba trips are self guided and we do not provide a guide or divemaster in the water. You may choose to hire a guide for a flat fee of $200 if you wish, otherwise we will do our best to ensure you have a buddy to dive with.
  • You must provide our crew with proof of certification and experience at the time of boarding. Failure to provide this certification may result in you being denied participation in SCUBA activities and no refund will be provided.
  • Divers must have cold water diving experience or hire a guide to provide environmental orientation dives. 
  • Divers must have participated in a SCUBA diving activity in the past 18 months or hire a guide to provide refresher dives.
